Can I get documents Apostilled from outside South Africa?
We only Apostille documents that originate in South Africa and they are Apostilled here in South Africa.
If you are outside South Africa needing South African documents Apostilled and sent to you, yes we can arrange that for you with pleasure.
You will just need to contact us to make the relevant arrangements for us to receive the documents.
In order to obtain an Apostille Certificate for a South African document, the country that will be receiving the document must be a signatory to the Apostille Convention (Convention de La Haye du 5 octobre 1961).
We are able to assist with the apostilling of all documents issued in South Africa for use overseas with the processing time being approximately 8 - 10 weeks depending on the documents requiring apostilling.
Please click on the "COUNTRIES" tab to view a list of the countries that are signatories to the Apostille Convention. Any country not appearing on this list is not a signatory and as such documents cannot be apostilled for that country and will instead have to be authenticated / attested.
